It’s smaller than I anticipated and only one side seems to be working no matter what i do. I expected better quality for $50 pretty disappointed I would send it back if i could.

May we ask... If the diffuser is full in each reservoir you hit the button 3 times, is it still only diffusing out of one side? If so, what side is it diffusing from, looking at it from the front? Also, have you tried using the diffuser with less water, just to see if it works? Please ket us know. We apologize for this inconvenience and we hope to hear back from you soon.

Love the idea, but mine didn't last long

I got this diffuser as a Christmas present in December of 2021. I used it pretty often, almost everyday. I loved being able to sleep with one oil blend at night, then switch to the other side for my other oil blend in the morning. Now, 7 months later, the diffuser is running so loud that I can't sleep with it on. It's actually gotten so loud over the past couple of weeks that I can't even use it during the day :(

We are happy to send you a replacement Dual diffuser, but because it is past the 90 day warranty, we do ask that you pay the shipping cost to have it mailed out. The cost to have it mailed will be $10.05. If you are interested in that, please let us know. Other wise we can issue a refund in the form of store credit, but we would need to know the name of the customer that we originally emailed it to so that we can see what the refund cost will be.

Day and Night

I love this multi oil diffuser. I’ve been looking for something like this for a while now. I plug it into a smart outlet so it’s connected to my Alexa, that way it turns on and off with a set time using the routines. I keep it next to my bed, when I’m going to sleep, I have it set on a timer for 30 mins with the scent of Melissa Officinalis, then I have it turn on 5 mins before my alarm with the a Rose essential oil. It’s life changing.
I’m asleep fast and wake up feeling like a million bucks. My energy is through the roof, my mind is razor sharp, I’m in such a positive mood, it seems like nothing gets me down, I can’t even explain all the benefits. I’m thinking of writing a blog to keep a record it’s so amazing. Thanks Oil Life.
