Femme Evoke sells intimate-care products, so we treat your privacy as part of the product. This page explains — plainly — what information we collect, what we do with it, and what we deliberately do not do.

What we collect

This is a static website with no accounts, no checkout forms and no login. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us by email: your name, email address, shipping address and order details. We do not collect anything you have not typed yourself.

How we use it

We use the information in your emails for exactly two purposes: to fulfil your order (confirm it, invoice it, ship it, send you the tracking number) and to reply to your questions. That is the whole list.

What we don't do

• We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
• We do not add you to marketing lists or send newsletters without your explicit consent.
• We place no tracking pixels, advertising tags or analytics scripts of our own on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no first-party cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set technical cookies as part of delivering the site — for security and performance purposes such as bot protection. These are set by Cloudflare, not by us, and are described in Cloudflare's own policies.

Data retention

Order correspondence is kept for as long as we need it for accounting and legal purposes, and no longer. Emails that do not relate to an order are kept only as long as the conversation requires.

Your rights

You may ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices). Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site and our products are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network, which means pages are served from data centres around the world. Order emails are processed by us and our email providers, and may be stored outside your country of residence.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version and its effective date will be published on this page. We will not quietly weaken the commitments above.
