These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of oillifecanada.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Femme Evoke ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of terms

Your access to the Site and any order you place constitute acceptance of these Terms as they read on the date of your visit or order. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

2. Products & cosmetic nature

All Femme Evoke products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not medical devices or drugs, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this Site is medical advice; content in our Journal is provided for general information. For any health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are placed by email to [email protected]. An order becomes binding only when we confirm it with an invoice and you complete payment. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock or we cannot ship to your address — in which case any payment received is refunded in full.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Prices, product formulations and availability may change without notice; the price confirmed on your invoice is the price you pay.

4. Shipping

Shipping methods, delivery times, discreet packaging and shipping costs are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Returns

Returns and refunds — including the 14-day window for unopened products and our handling of damaged, defective or incorrect items — are governed by the Shipping & Returns policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — text, images, graphics, the Femme Evoke name and logo — are owned by us or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may browse and share links to the Site; you may not copy, republish or use its content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, misrepresent your identity when corresponding with us, or scrape or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means.

8. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Health disclaimer

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
